C.D. Moj\u00e1car’s Alev\u00edn \u2018A\u2019 team has achieved an outstanding runner-up position in the 12th edition of the COVAP Cup, held this February in Hu\u00e9rcal de Almer\u00eda. After an excellent run in the tournament, the Moj\u00e1car team reached the grand final, where they fell to Poli Aguadulce in an exciting match.
\nThe tournament, in which 16 teams from all over the region took part, has been a great experience for the young players, who showed talent, commitment and sporting spirit in every match. The Moj\u00e1car club congratulated the players for their commitment and great performance in this competition, as well as over the course of the season.
\nThe COVAP Cup is an educational and sporting initiative that goes round the eight Andaluc\u00eda provinces with the aim of promoting sporting values and healthy lifestyle habits among young athletes. This tournament is not only an opportunity to compete at the highest level, but also to learn about fair play, teambuilding and the importance of physical activity.
\nC.D. Moj\u00e1car reaffirms its commitment to the sporting education of its players and its backing for football based on values and teamwork. This runner-up title is a reflection of the effort and dedication of the club’s young talents, who will continue to prepare for future competitions with the same enthusiasm and dedication.
\nThe Mayor of Moj\u00e1car, Francisco Garc\u00eda Cerd\u00e1, congratulated the team for their outstanding performance: \u201cIt is a source of pride for our locality to see these young athletes representing Moj\u00e1car with such effort and commitment.
