{"id":5875,"date":"2017-06-29T08:22:41","date_gmt":"2017-06-29T06:22:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mojacar.es\/en\/asistencia-record-la-noche-romantica-mojacar\/"},"modified":"2017-07-03T08:24:35","modified_gmt":"2017-07-03T06:24:35","slug":"record-attendance-for-mojacars-romantic-night","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mojacar.es\/en\/record-attendance-for-mojacars-romantic-night\/","title":{"rendered":"Record attendance for Moj\u00e1car\u2019s Romantic Night"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>Moj\u00e1car had to hang up the \u2018no vacancies\u2019 signs for its recent \u201cNoche Rom\u00e1ntica\u201d and the \u201cThe Most Beautiful Kiss in the World\u201d event, which was a runaway success.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>The evening surpassed all predictions, bringing together thousands of people through the efforts of the organisers, Moj\u00e1car Pueblo\u2019s Asociaci\u00f3n de Comerciantes and Moj\u00e1car Council.  However, there is no doubt that for this initiative, created by Asociaci\u00f3n de Pueblos M\u00e1s Bonitos de Espa\u00f1a, Moj\u00e1car pulled in the biggest crowd.<\/p>\n<p> The Pueblo was decorated with more than 1,400 heart shaped helium balloons that had to be quickly sent from England, as Spain had completely sold out!  Beneath the fireworks shooting from the church bell tower at midnight, all the squares in the historic part of town were packed with those eager to join in the fun and countless snaps were taken at the photo-call points.<\/p>\n<p>The competition for the best love phrases was a big hit, with many filling Lucinda\u2019s \u201cla enamorada\u201d antique box with romantic sayings and declarations of love, making judging a difficult task. Ana Amestoy Plaza won the 1st prize of a night at the Hotel Arco Plaza with dinner in the Arlequino restaurant and a drink in the Loro Azul with her inspired words. Antonio Jos\u00e9 Carmona and Francisca Mar\u00eda Rosa Le\u00f3n came 2nd and 3rd, winning books with stories about Moj\u00e1car.<\/p>\n<p>Televisi\u00f3n Espa\u00f1ola, with its well-known programme \u201cComando Actualidad\u201d, chose Moj\u00e1car from all the most beautiful towns in Spain to film the entire romantic event, which will be put forward for the finals in July.<\/p>\n<p>Moj\u00e1car captured the evening and without a doubt, has the power to turn everything it sets out to do into a success.
