{"id":7342,"date":"2018-03-01T12:06:06","date_gmt":"2018-03-01T10:06:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mojacar.es\/en\/mojacar-celebra-dia-andalucia-2\/"},"modified":"2018-03-01T19:00:18","modified_gmt":"2018-03-01T17:00:18","slug":"mojacar-celebrates-andalucia-day","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mojacar.es\/en\/mojacar-celebrates-andalucia-day\/","title":{"rendered":"Moj\u00e1car celebrates Andaluc\u00eda Day."},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>Moj\u00e1car commemorated Andaluc\u00eda Day with activities throughout the day.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\tMoj\u00e1car commemorated Andaluc\u00eda Day with activities throughout the day, starting with the raising of the regional flag<br \/>\nat noon in the Plaza del Ayuntamiento by the deputy mayor, Emmanuel Ag\u00fcero, along with his Government Team and Socialist Councillors, to the sound of the anthem sung by the town\u2019s Rociero Choir.<br \/>\nThere was a big public turnout for this very institutional event, which was followed by the choir\u2019s delightful performance of regional songs.<br \/>\n\tMore than two hundred green and white balloons were then handed out to the children, before around five hundred people had a chance to sample the paella that had been prepared especially to celebrate the Autonomous Region\u2019s Day.  The party mood continued later in the afternoon with a performance by the town\u2019s dance groups in the Centro de<br \/>\nUsos M\u00faltiples.<br \/>\nSo ended a programme of events that is such a Moj\u00e1car tradition and one which attracts more people every year, including many from the foreign community, bringing lots of people together for this great celebratory day.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Moj\u00e1car commemorated Andaluc\u00eda Day with activities throughout the day.
