{"id":8392,"date":"2018-09-21T08:45:31","date_gmt":"2018-09-21T06:45:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mojacar.es\/en\/los-ii-encuentros-literarios-culturales-mojacar-2018-se-presentan-los-medios-comunicacion-almeria\/"},"modified":"2018-09-21T14:01:00","modified_gmt":"2018-09-21T12:01:00","slug":"los-ii-encuentros-literarios-culturales-mojacar-2018-se-presentan-los-medios-comunicacion-almeria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mojacar.es\/en\/los-ii-encuentros-literarios-culturales-mojacar-2018-se-presentan-los-medios-comunicacion-almeria\/","title":{"rendered":"Moj\u00e1car hosts Second Literary and Cultural Event"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>\nMoj\u00e1car\u2019s Second Literary and Cultural Conference, which will take place this weekend at the town\u2019s National Parador Hotel, was presented earlier this week to Almer\u00eda\u2019s media at the city\u2019s Hotel Catedral.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>Conference President, Francisco L\u00f3pez Barrios, along with leading speaker, Alfonso Berlanga, outlined the programme, its objectives and the participants that would be attending this important cultural event.<br \/>\nThe Cultural Association of Levante Almeriense, ACLA, who have organized the weekend\u2019s activities, will be keeping up the same high standard of speakers as in the first year, this year fixing its attentions on Europe and the dissemination of Spanish cultural works in the European context.  Throughout the weekend, the programme events and discussion groups will be open to public participation with the chance to ask questions.<br \/>\nStarting today, there will be an official visit to Moj\u00e1car Town Hall. Moj\u00e1car Council is a sponsor of the Conference along with the National Parador and leading Almer\u00edan business people.<br \/>\nThe town\u2019s Mayor, Rosmari Cano, will be there to welcome the participants, among which are prominent personalities from Andaluc\u00eda and the province, including the former European Parliament Communications Director, prominent writers, and the well-known diplomat and writer, Inocencio Arias.<\/p>\n<p>Others confirming their presence at the official opening are Antonio Jos\u00e9 Lucas, General Director of Culture and Book Innovation as well as Antonio S\u00e1nchez Trigueros, Granada University Professor, ACLA advisory member for this Conference and this year\u2019s Indalo de Las Letras. <\/p>\n<p>The first working sessions will be at 5.30 p.m. today in the Parador\u2019s conference room.
