{"id":8611,"date":"2018-10-25T09:54:09","date_gmt":"2018-10-25T07:54:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mojacar.es\/?p=8611"},"modified":"2018-10-25T09:54:09","modified_gmt":"2018-10-25T07:54:09","slug":"mojacar-hosts-spanish-basketball-championship","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mojacar.es\/en\/mojacar-hosts-spanish-basketball-championship\/","title":{"rendered":"Moj\u00e1car hosts Spanish Basketball Championship for those with learning disabilities."},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote><p>Moj\u00e1car recently played host to the \u2018FEDDI 2018\u2019 Spanish Basketball Championship, especially designed for people with learning disabilities, which attracted 26 teams from 9 different autonomous communities.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>\tThe event was organized by the Spanish Sports Federation for People with Intellectual Disabilities, FEDDI, in collaboration with both Moj\u00e1car and Garrucha Councils, the Carriles Foundation, Almer\u00eda Provincial Council,  the Sports Council, the ONCE Foundation, Liga 4Sports and the Spanish Paralympic Committee, as well as several national companies.<br \/>\n\t\tJust under 300 male and female participants, spread across six categories, battled their way through the contest, following all the Spanish Basketball as well as FEDDI regulations.
